Applications are typically reviewed within 48 hours.

Housing Structure

What is structured living?

Structured Community Living means clear expectations, shared responsibility, and consistent standards that maintain a calm and organized environment.

Are there security cameras?

Yes. Cameras are installed in shared common areas for safety and accountability. Private bedrooms and bathrooms remain camera-free.

Payments & Funding

What types of payment do you accept?

We support a mixed funding model that includes self-pay and approved third-party funding sources when applicable. We accept primary government income sources such as Social Security Retirement, SSDI, SSI, and qualifying veterans benefits, as well as retirement-based income including pensions, annuities, and retirement account distributions. We also accept payments from family members or friends paying the Fee on behalf of the Participant.

Is the Participant Fee due monthly?

Yes. Individual payment schedules are outlined in each Housing Participation Agreement and reviewed during placement coordination.
