Thank you for your interest in Home Suite Home Solutions. All prospective Housing Participants complete a Placement Review process prior to housing consideration. This structured review allows us to assess alignment with our community standards
and ensure a safe, respectful environment for everyone.
Our goal is to create stable residential homes that remain calm, organized, and protected. Proper placement alignment supports long-term success for both the individual and the community.
What to Expect
The Placement Review process includes:
• Completion of the online application
• Review of housing history and current circumstances
• Assessment of readiness for structured shared living
• Discussion of funding or payment arrangements when applicable
Credit challenges, prior housing instability, or past background factors are not automatic disqualifiers. Each application is reviewed thoughtfully and individually.
Applications are typically reviewed within 48 hours.
Important Information
Home Suite Home Solutions is a structured residential housing model.
All Housing Participants enter into a Housing Participation Agreement outlining community standards related to cleanliness, conduct, shared responsibilities, and maintaining a calm living environment.
Security cameras are installed in shared common areas for safety and accountability. Cameras are not placed in private bedrooms or bathrooms.
