- Application information — details you provide when you inquire or apply for housing, such as your housing needs, household members (including children, provided by a parent or guardian), and income or benefit documentation you choose to share with us (for example, pay stubs, SSI/SSDI award letters, or SNAP benefit letters).
- Communications — records of our calls, text messages, and emails with you, which may include call recordings or transcripts produced by our phone service provider.
- Website information — basic technical and usage information collected automatically when you visit our website, such as your device, browser, and pages viewed.

Text messaging
If you provide us with a mobile phone number and agree to receive text messages from us — verbally, in writing, through our application process, or in a resident agreement — we may send you service-related text messages about your housing, including house notices, rent reminders, scheduling, and resident support.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP or call us at 888-688-9917.
- Opting out of text messages does not affect a housing application or residency; we will simply contact you another way.
- We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number — or information about your consent to receive text messages — with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
How we share information
We share personal information only as needed to operate our business:
- Service providers who help us run our phone and texting, email, property management, and website services
- Partner agencies (such as referral or case-management organizations) when you ask us to coordinate with them or as part of a placement you are pursuing
- Legal and safety needs — when required by law or needed to protect people or property
We do not sell personal information.
Data security and retention
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. We keep information only as long as needed to provide housing and services and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements, and then delete or de-identify it.
